From the first detailed consultation through to completion, their professionalism and workmanship were outstanding. Although we had cheaper quotes, the quality Crystal delivered was on another level — worth every penny. They were friendly, reliable, and exceptionally thorough. What we thought would be a one-month job became three due to hidden issues, but they handled everything brilliantly. I genuinely cannot recommend Crystal Damp Proofing enough.
If you have a problem with damp or condensation speak to Lukasz and book a free survey. He will arrive check everything, write you a report and suggest actions. There is no rising damp issue in my house. Vents were installed for £1500 and rooms are far dryer. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I would always recommend Lukasz as their Crystal Injection system finally resolved the problem with rising damp. Need to mention that previous cream injections failed and the previous contractor refused responsibility to return. After 12 days walls are nearly dry as pepper!
