During the first meeting, the client said that he wanted to use another company because he had a cheaper valuation, but this company dealt with the wet on wet method, i.e. (removing plasters, injections and applying plasters on the same day without drying the walls after removing the plasters).

However, we recommended using our company, Crystal Damp Proofing, and the method of drying the walls after removing the plasters was proposed; the client Martin chose our form of drying the walls despite a more prolonged process from the beginning, i.e. breaking the plaster up to Plastering (Multi finish).
