We used Crystal Damp Proofing for comprehensive damp-proofing work on our ground floor property, including DPC injections and waterproof render systems. From the first detailed consultation through to completion, their professionalism and workmanship were outstanding. Although we had cheaper quotes, the quality Crystal delivered was on another level — worth every penny. They were friendly, reliable, and exceptionally thorough. What we thought would be a one-month job became three due to hidden issues, but they handled everything brilliantly.

Don’t often give reviews, but after several botched attempts to fix the damp problem in our flat by other companies and spending a considerable amount of money, Lucasz finally managed to solve the problem. There were multiple issues & Lukasz sorted them all out, from a dodgy DPC, damaged render, installing additional ventilation etc. So big thanks for finally getting rid of all that horrible black mould.

They carried out basement damp-proofing for us and did a fantastic job. I had a lot of issues with damp and the basement was in very poor condition, but fortunately I found this company. They did an excellent job — very professional, courteous, and always on time. I also used them for my daughter’s flat in Brighton. Once again, they did a fantastic job. She also had serious damp problems, which is common for anyone living near the sea, but they managed to resolve everything and delivered a really high-quality finish. Well done — I highly recommend them.
